Unique handmade tapestry, designed and woven at the Texture Tapestries studio in Cornwall.

Measurements: 23.5 x 21.5 cm (including frame)

Materials: cotton warp and wool weft. Framed in a bespoke wood frame, painted white.

Part of the Isolation Series, a meditation on migration and longing for the feeling of home. A visual representation of the threads of memory and feeling that connect us, stretched thin to knit together families separated on opposite ends of the world. Woven following the pandemic in the third country I have called home.
